Dr. Richardson is the best!
Everyone in this office is so friendly and helpful.
I had a pinched nerve caused by a bulging disc in my lower back. It gave me so much pain on my right leg I could barely walk. I ended up having back surgery which of course was scary in the beginning but I am soo glad I had this done. I am pain free and so happy with the results I really wish I would have done this sooner.
I am so grateful to the whole staff for making me feel confortable every step of the way. From the front desk lady’s, nurse, PA, and of course Dr. Richardson I 100% recommend this office!

I had Sciatica...went to the hospital and was told I had to see a Specialist. After contacting 4 different offices that said it would take a couple months, we found San Antonio Spine Center and took me in next day appointments. Unbelievable! The whole experience was above and beyond. From setting the appointment to being served water and snacks, the nurse Whitney and having my therapy setup. I'm grateful and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you!

Spine surgery has given my life back! The kind office, the caring-ness of both Dr. Richardson and the Physician Assistant, and the joy and laughter in the office was the best experience. I would tell my friends and/or that spine surgery was the only way I could get relief from the pain I was experiencing. It is worth investigating to see if it is a viable option for them.

Dr. Richardson's staff were very professional and knowledgeable. After my first visit they set me up for a MRI. The next step was surgery.
I was in a great deal of pain until the surgery. After getting over the surgery I was sent to therapy. I was followed in my care by the doctor's staff. They made sure my recovery was always on track.
I would recommend Dr. Richardson and his team to all my friends.

I must say that my visit with Dr Richardson and staff was very professional and honest. I was real nervous and didn't really want surgery. Dr Richardson reassured me that surgery wasn't needed and reccomend that I get some nerve testing done. There are some negative comments here and as a medical professional I highly recommend him and his staff

I had Herniated disc on my lumbar about 5 years ago and it was the WORST PAIN EVER! I decided to go see Dr. Richardson to see what were my options. One get an injection which temporarily stops the pain or two get the surgery. I chose to get the surgery and man how I wish I came to see Dr. Richardson alot sooner. Completely took take care me and my spine. My life is back to normal again. That is why I came back with my neck problem which isn't related to my lumbar surgery. Luckily I only need physical therapy and no surgery. Staff there is also great! Whitney Baker was the Doctor who saw me this time around and she is wonderful. Also Lisa and another young lady at the front desk were so polite and very helpful. Thank you guys!
